This one day course is essential for those working with children and young people.  Using the NSPCC (Safe Guarding of Children) training packs this course covers issues such as what is abuse, legislation and guidance, child protection process the impact of abuse, child sex offenders, local and agency child protection procedures.  It’s a proactive programme using video, case studies and group work to inform and advise those working with children of the issues surrounding child protection.
