Targeted at anyone who is working at a supervisory level within a food environment.  Those who would benefit include those who have responsibility for quality assurance, induction, instruction, training, customer complaints investigation, buying of raw materials and sales.

Successful completion of the course and examination will enable candidates to:

• Play an active part in monitoring food hygiene standards
• Be involved in training activities, especially on the job training
• Be equipped to effectively supervise food handlers on hygiene issues
• Be able to carry out Hygiene audits
• Encourage good standards of personal hygiene
• Be able to assist in hazard analysis programmes
• Help in the formulation and writing of hygiene policies, instructions etc...

This course is delivered over three days with a one week break in-between days two and three. This course is a taught practical session, which concludes with a sixty question multiple choice examination.
