Middlesbrough Opens with a great success!!

All staff and invited guests of Beyond Group celebrated the opening of the new state of the art training center and office in middlesbrough on the 4th September 2007.

After unexpected set backs and a hec of a lot of hard work our middlesbrough site opened on the 4th of september 2007, around 100 guests were invited for the day and feedback from the guests on our facilities was absolutely fantastic. This site will deliver the same portfolio of courses as our peterlee site but is actually capable of holding approximately 50% more students.

the demand that was shown from the various providers and residents from the teeside are has also tranfered into actual booking and within a week of opening we have gained over 90 full time students on various construction courses. we have also managed to secure a number of new customers within the courses available from Beyond Learning and business generated in the last 3 months in teeside has actually been a lot larger than anticipated.

Martin Waller (Managing Director) of Beyond Group stated " it was always our vision to fill the skills gaps within the tees valley area and promote our existing success in the county durham area into teeside, however the demand that has been shown since opening our doors in middlesbrough has been absolutelty fantastic. A lot of peop0le forget that all of our courses dont just provide the candidates with a qualification but in the long run raise the levels of good sustainably employment or in a lot of cases self employment. I genuinely hope that the support from the people of teeside continues and time will show how the bennefits of undergoing most of our qualifications and training will help the people and businesses from teeside to prosper"
