Barbara is responsible for developing new business relations, generating and negotiating new income.  She also oversee's all staff within the Business Development Centre to ensure maximum output.

Alexis Patterson - Centre Development Manager - Middlesbrough

Alexis is also responsible for developing new business relations and developing new income.  Alexis holds the responsibility of overseeing the construction centre in Middlesbrough to ensure it's smooth running.

Helen Waller - PR and Advertising

Co-ordinates the use of all forms of media and communication to build, maintain and manage the reputation of our company.

Vanessa Ord - Telesales

Is responsible for increasing and developing sales within our Learning division.

Rob Hutchinson - Assessment and Verification Manager

Rob has over twenty years of tiling experience and holds the responsibility to oversee the tiling courses and manage all our tiling tutors.

Steve Bradley - Assessment and Verification Manager

Steve has over 12 years of plastering experience and at Beyond Construction he oversee's the smooth running of assessments.

As Course Leader Ritchie ensures that all plumbing courses are delivered to a very high standard.  He also makes sure all plumbing tutors are up to date with course requirements.

Neil Howard - Programme Leader

Neil holds the responsibility to ensure all construction courses delivered in our Middlesbrough centre are at a very high quality.

John Elliot  (Lead Trainer)

Is responsible for delivering courses within our Learning division. Some of the courses he delivers include Care, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and First Aid.
